Za’atar roasted tempeh with a creamy baba ghanoush, pickled pear onions, crispy garlic and almond and sauteed green beans.
Heat pan with a splash of olive oil and sear off marinated tempeh until golden.
In a separate pan, on medium heat add a splash of olive oil, then add almond green beans and a tablespoon of water. Constantly stir for 1.5 minutes, then turn off heat.
To assemble, place baba ghanoush on the centre of the plate, add almond green beans and tempeh, then garnish with pickled onions.
Transfer marinated tempeh and green beans to a microwave safe container, add 1 tablespoon of water, then microwave for 2.5 minutes. Top with baba ghanoush, then garnish with pickled onions.
