Plant-based mince stir fried in a sticky teriyaki sauce with carrot and tofu. Served with basmati rice, fresh chilli pickle cucumber and black sesame seeds.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mince to pan, then sauté for 2 minutes.
Transfer rice to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 1 minute.
To serve, place rice into a bowl and add mince, then pickled vegetable.
