Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cauliflower to the pan, then add 1 tablespoon of water. Sauté for 2 minutes or until heated through.
To serve, place cauliflower, quinoa and broccoli humus onto a plate, and top with chimichurri.
Transfer cauliflower to a microwave-safe container, then add 1 tablespoon of water. Stir, then heat on high for 1.5 minutes. Serve with quinoa and broccoli hummus, and top with chimichurri.
