Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add risotto to the pan and add 1 tablespoon of water, then sauté for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add vegetables, then sauté for 2 minutes or until heated through.

Step 4

To serve, place risotto onto a plate.

Microwave

Transfer risotto to a microwave-safe container, then add 1 tablespoon of water. Stir, then heat on high for 1.5 minute. Add vegetables, then heat on high for a further 1 minute.
