An incredibly satisfying soy sesame broth with ramen noodles and tofu, levelled up with sauteed pea mince, baby corn, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and shitake. Tōgarashi spice infuses customary Japanese flavours, while a dusting of sesame seeds finishes the dish with a delicate nuttiness.
Pour ramen broth into pot and bring to boil (do not reduce broth).
Add noodles and tofu and pea mince to broth and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
Place corn kernels, shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots in a bowl and pour over broth.
To finish, top with tōgarashi spice and sliced nori.
Transfer ramen to a microwave safe container, then microwave for 1.5 minutes. Remove from microwave then stir, and microwave for a further 1.5 minutes. Assemble in accordance with Step 4.
