Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add palak tofu to the pan, then stir for 3 minutes or until heated through.

Step 3

Transfer rice to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 1 minute.

Step 4

To serve, place rice into a bowl and top with palak tofu.

Microwave

Transfer palak paneer to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 1.5 minutes. Add rice, then heat on high for a further 1 minute.
