Add tofu to the pan, then sear for 2 minutes or until heated through.

Transfer rice and edamame to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 1 minute.

Step 4

To serve, place rice into a bowl and add tofu, then edamame.

Transfer tofu and edamame to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 1 minute. Add rice, then heat on high for a further 1 minute.
