Heat a drizzle of vegetable in a pan over medium heat.
Add tofu to the pan, then sear for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Transfer rice and edamame to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 1 minute.
To serve, place rice into a bowl and add tofu, then edamame.
