Penne with peas, lentil, chickpeas and borlotti beans with a creamy cauliflower and white bean alfredo sauce, zingy sundried tomatoes and fresh kale.
Heat a pan over medium heat, then add pasta and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir for 0.5 minutes or until heated through, then place pasta to the side.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan, then add vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Remove from heat, add pasta and sauce, then stir for 1 minute.
To serve, place pasta into a bowl.
Transfer pasta to a microwave-safe container, add 1 tablespoon of water, then heat on high for 1.5 minutes. Add vegetables and sauce. Stir, then heat on high for a further 1.5 minutes.
