Another culinary bridge between cultures presented by Vood. Pillowy cups of orecchiette, served with a carrot miso puree, and topped with a walnut sage.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add pasta to the pan and add 2 tablespoons of water, then sauté for 1 minute.
Add sauce, then sauté for a further 1 minute or until heated through.
To serve, place pasta into a bowl and add sauce, then top with walnut sage.
