For too long has rice pudding been characterised as merely a use of yesterday’s rice. We are pudding it back on the map with sweet and sticky black rice, fresh mango, pandan almonds and crispy coconut flakes.
Served cold: Enjoy it fresh as delivered, or dressed up with whatever takes your fancy on the side.
Served warm: place black rice in the microwave and heat on high for 1.0 minutes or until warmed to your preference, then top with mango and garnish with pandan almonds and coconut flakes.
Cooking times may vary depending on serving size and the appliances used. Our instructions are based on a single serve, and cooking times may need to be modified if you are cooking more than one serve.
