Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, then add mushroom meat and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add vegetables and noodles to the pan, then sauté for a further 1 minute.

Add black pepper sauce, then sauté for a further 1 minute or until heated through.

To serve, place black pepper udon into a bowl.

Transfer mushroom meat a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 1.5 minute. Add noodles, vegetables and black pepper sauce. Stir, then heat on high for a further 1 minute.
