Luckily we have done the hard parts for you to ensure you can enjoy glorious arancini that are deliciously crispy on the outside and impossibly soft inside, in minutes. Served with sautéed greens and a sweet and smooth peperonata.

Preparation
Allow arancini to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes and preheat oven to 220°C.
Transfer arancini to a lined baking tray and place in the oven for 10 minutes or until hot in the centre.
While the arancini cooks, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add greens and peperonat. Stir for 1.5 minutes or until heated through.
To serve, place arancini onto a plate, then add greens and peperonata on the side. Top with garlic aioli.
Transfer arancini to a microwave-safe container, then heat on high for 2 minutes. Add greens and peperonata, then heat on high for a further 1 minute.
